Retake for top public schools?

I went into the subject tests thinking I was significantly under-prepared (no studying really). I took the Chemistry, Physics, and Math II tests. My school doesn't offer any advanced level Chemistry before senior year or any advanced level physics period, so a lot of the content on the tests was stuff I haven't ever learned. Needless to say, I was pretty surprised when I ended up with:

Chemistry: 740
Math II: 770
Physics: 720

Now, I know I could do better than that if I put in some effort, but I don't really feel like taking the tests again. Do you think those scores are good enough for top tier public schools like Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, UVA, Georgia Tech, and maybe private schools like Duke, or should I retake them? I'm looking at an engineering major most likely.

You need to retake physics since your intended major is science-y.

If you're in state, you're fine for Berkeley, LA, and SD. If you're oos, you should probably retake physics. You're fine for Georgia Tech though.
