<p>It depends. Do you think you can improve? If so, retake. If not, go for three new ones. Just take the 3 tests that you think that you will do best on. I wouldn’t worry about whether you are showing determination or ability to accept things. I honestly don’t believe they will consider those factors as much as your actual final best scores. So just pick the tests you can do best on and dominate! A 650 isn’t bad. You may be able to pull that up, but its up to you.</p>
