Retake problem

<p>I’m taking a summer course and it’s my second times to take it. My professor is so bad. He told people to study this and that but the exam questions weren’t about what he told us at all. I don’t think I did well in this exam. Can I drop it without violating any regulations??? I know I can drop before final without notation, but does it count as the third attempt when I sign up the same course in Fall?? </p>
