Should I retake the SAT I and/or II for the more competitive UC's like UCLA, UCSD, or UC Berkeley? (I'm leaning more towards UCLA and UCSD but am open to suggestions for other schools.) I am also a resident of California.

My SAT Scores:
SAT I:
Total 1370 (1240 1st time)
Math - 700 (660 1st time)
Verbal - 670 (580 1st time)

SAT II:
Math IIC - 710
US History - 680
Writing - 690

My GPA is about 3.59 unweighted for 10th and 11th grade UC approved classes. (I think weighted would be about 3.95) (I know this is pretty low but I go to a difficult school.)
I have taken Geometry Honors, Chemistry Honors, and Pre-Calculus Honors and earned 5's in AP US History and AP European History.
I am currently taking AP Economics, AP Psychology, and AP Calculus AB.

My EC/Volunteering:
Volunteers Club 9th - 12th
Pre-Med Club - 10th - 12th (currently treasurer)
Chinese Club - 10th - 11th
CSF member - 11th - 12th
Volunteered about 60 hours in a hospital this summer

Please give me some feedback. Thanks
