Retake SAT?

I’m a junior and I just got my scores from the November SAT- 780 CR, 690 M, 800 W & essay 10. 2270 total.
I still have about a year to take tests, and I want to take my next test(s) around March. I know I can improve my low math score (hopefully atleast 50 points) and bring my essay to a 12, but I’m worried if I take it again, my other scores will drop.
Is it worth it to take the test again, even if they do drop? I’m pressured to take the ACT (I’m from Chicago) but have not prepped for it at all yet.
Another option I have is to take the math subject tests and submit them to make up for my math score. I took the US History test and got a 650 so I won’t be submitting it.
Finally, I am not sure whether to submit an ACT score or 2-3 Subject Test scores. I know some schools require one of those options, but for the ones that take either, I am stumped.
I also plan to take the Bio M test.

Also, a side question: does the PSAT directly correlate to the SAT? Meaning can I expect to get around a 227 on the PSAT? My practice PSATs leading up to the test were around 212.
Thanks for your input!
