I was wondering if I should take the SAT a second time. My first time the fall of junior year I got a 2060 (700M 680W 680R). It’s not exactly the highest and I can definitely get a little higher I think but the reason I’m asking is I’m going to be a NMSF. Basically do I try to improve it slightly to get over 2100 or is it even necessary because of the benefits of being a NMSF? Thanks.

Isn’t too late to take the PSAT again now that you’re a junior?

You have to get a score near you NMSF score to qualify for the scholarship they offer. So yeah, if you go enough to earn NMSF, then you can go better than a 2060 IMO.
