what will a retake do as far as will these particular scores average the two , take the higher score?</p>

<p>Schools only have to report the higher score, but they may average your two scores when comparing you to other applicants. Since you have narrowed your school list down it would be worthwhile for you to check each school website individually. There is always a section that tells you how that particular school deals with multiple lsats.</p>
<p>To basically echo <em>devo</em>, some schools will only consider the highest, some will look at both but give precedence to the higher, some will average, some have policies that only apply in the case of a big disparity. Each school’s Admissions FAQ should give you your answer. </p>
