<p>It has been close to 12 years since I was in college. And I am applying for transfer to some UC’s and I wanted to know if they will make me retake those old courses? I am talking the first 1.5 years of calc, and phycis? Or do they let me start from where I left off? </p>
<p>No, they won’t make you retake them, but you need to make sure they are still UC transferable. If they are, you are fine. FWIW, I took courses in 1996 at a CC that will count towards my transfer to UC. One of them however did in fact change from UC transferable, to only CSU transferable, so be sure to double check on that.</p>
