Retaking SAT in College

What are the pros/cons? After taking it 3 times in HS?
What if you don’t score significantly better?</p>

<p>User-specific: I have a 2160, looking for a hopeful Ivy transfer. Taken 3 times already.</p>

<p>Ummm, no…once you’re already in college and looking to transfer, colleges will more greatly weight your college academic record than HS academic record (which includes SAT). Taking it a 4th time while you’re in college looks like an act of desperation, IMO.</p>
