Retaking/ Taking Classes Online (Pre-Calculus) Got a C (77%)

<p>I’m currently a junior (upcoming senior) and I recently took my finals for Pre-Calculus Honors.
Long story short, I ended up with a C for the year. I have an unweighted GPA of a 3.34 and a weighted GPA of 4.5~
I’m confident that I can get a higher grade if I retake the course, but I’m not sure if it will be worth the time and effort. I was planning on retaking the course over the summer via. FLVS, but I also want to take French 2 and start preparing for my classes next year. Is it worth it to retake Pre-Calculus online for a GPA Boost and a better understanding of the concepts?
I want to perform at my best next year and I’m going to take full advantage of this summer in order to do so.
My schedule for next year:
AP Calculus AB (I’m mostly worried about this class)
AP Government/ Macro
AP Literature
AP Art 2D
AP Environmental Science
AP Physics B1
French 2 (I will replace this will AP Stats or SGA if I take French 2 online)</p>

<p>I will try to do some self studying as well as prepare for SAT/ACT on a serious level, but I don’t want an online class to interfere with my studying if the benefit doesn’t outweigh the cost. So re-take it online or just accept my grade? Thank you!</p>

<p>Any thoughts? :(</p>

<p>You should take french 2 online and take french 3 next year. I would leave the grade in precalc</p>

<p>The rule is only retake a class if you get a D or an F. And feel free to take French online but know that FLVS is time consuming and not the best learning tool so you’ll have to use outside resources as well.</p>
