<p>I’ve posted this question as part of another thread in the financial aid forum, but since it has more to do with admissions I am reposting it here.</p>
<p>I have been living outside of the United States for a few years and now I want to attend my local community college in Texas. I was born and raised in Texas, I’ve kept a local address, my bank account and my driver’s license. Am I still considered a Texas resident for tuition purposes?</p>
<p>I did google “Texas residency for tuition purposes” and while it mentions losing residency if you have moved to another state, it doesn’t say anything about returning expats. Anyone have any experience with this?</p>
