<p>Hey guys, I heard that the Charles Keeling Apartments are really nice but you don’t get any cellphone signal there because it’s all concrete. Is that true? (Because that’s sorta a big deal!)</p>

<p>Also, which community/floor would you say is the most lively? </p>

<p>well I am not exactly sure about the keeling apartments, but if they are anything like argo hall or blake then getting cellphone signal is definitely a problem (and that would mainly be due to the concrete).</p>
