Review/feedback on activities and honors (Common App)?

I know there is a personal essay/statement review service, but what about reviewing my activities and honors? Such as are they relevant, are they important/worth enough to be on there.

I’m not really comfortable sharing those in public since there are some specific and identifying stuff in there. It’d be better if it’s like the personal essay review where I share my details via private messages.

In general, an activity is worthy if it was important to you. IMO, if you spent meaningful time on something in HS, it should be on your application.
