Reviewing for Phys B and C-Mech with a mediocre teacher

Our physics teacher has become somewhat renowned at our school for not teaching well, and I think last year out of 30 or so students in his class, 3 passed the exam, none with 5’s. For some background, I scored a 35 on the ACT Science, 33 Math, 33 composite, and 770 SAT math with 80 PSAT math for the past 2 years. I also took Calc AB last year and got a 5, as well as US history (when taking an honors-level class) and got a 3. What are the best books out there to review for the B exam, as well as self-study for C? Right now, we’re using Saxon’s Physics: An Incremental Development, which I feel is written poorly (although some may differ). After perusing the boards here, most seem to recomment PR and Barron’s, but I’m not sure if one is better than the other given my circumstances.

For C use Physics for Scientists and Engineers by Serway
