Revisit new NCAA Div 1 recruiting rule changes

<p>I came across this NCAA rule changes on another site. I thought it would be a good idea to post. I forgot the D1 rules went into effect Aug 1, 2010. I’ve also included the link to the new NCAA 2010-11 Eligibailty Guide for reference.</p>
