I’m currently a senior in high school and I’ve committed to SLC. This year I’ve had many personal setbacks that have caused my grades to decrease drastically to some D’s and an F. I’ve been working hard to get them up and hopefully admissions will see improvement. I’m terrified that my admission will get rescinded after they see my final transcript. I’m planning on writing a letter to them that explains my poor grades. I am aware of the phrase “no d’s, f’s, fraud, or felonies” (or however it goes) but Can anyone offer some other insight on what to expect from this situation? Or if I should take any other proactive measures?
