Didn’t want this to get lost in a general cooking thread. 
We are celebrating 2 family b-days this coming weekend. One family member shared a pic of some amazing looking rhubarb bread pudding they ordered from a restaurant this past weekend. Everyone was gah-gah over it! I’d like to try and recreate for our get together.
Anyone have a tried and true rhubarb bread pudding recipe? Or other loved rhubarb recipes? It’s a short season but it’s here now! 
I have never heard of rhubarb bread pudding but it sounds amazing. I just made a basic pie the other day and a crumble. They both were delicious. Years ago, I made rhubarb syrup to put over ice cream but I was the only one in the house that would use it. It was very tasty!
I love rhubarb but recently discovered it is one of those “love it or hate it” flavors to many people, like cilantro (which I also love). If you find a great recipe, please share. 
This is my favorite recipe for rhubarb. I first made it at a cooking class run by a local restaurant group. It was a fun class–you learn to make a particular dish and then you cook it and eat.
You can also make this dish with other fruit.
