The wait is killing me
Was the withdraw application feature there yesterday? Because if it was and it was just removed this morning I would think that today is the day.
No idea, I noticed it was gone this morning.
I still have the withdraw option under manage account

Did you submit the application by the priority deadline @rpalvai? Maybe they haven’t reviewed yours yet so you still have the option to withdraw. It’s technically supposed to be “rolling” until June.
I submitted it on the 15th, but it did not get processed until the 16th
Maybe that is why? I’m not really sure. Doesn’t seem to matter because it hasn’t come out for anyone.

I made this account just to post this comment–called the admissions office this morning and they said ‘anytime before June’. Not sure why they told other people it would be this week, since being misled just makes this more frustrating for us

Unlike prior years when Rice barely used the wait list, Rice has gone into the waitlist a good bit. Rice admissions is probably processing the waitlist replies for Freshman admissions first. Once admissions knows how much housing it will have for transfers it will probably send out transfer admission offers. All new students are encouraged to live on campus. Many times the decisions come out around 5 Central time. Lately Rice has sent out an email or some warning when decisions are about to drop.
@Houston1021 it’s no longer a requirement for new students to live on campus so I don’t think that’s why it’s taking so long
