I did and it’s still there.
My daughter’s withdraw button is gone, too. And can’t make a financial aid appt. 
Assuming Tex mom means mom from Texas, they’re in state so higher chance of acceptance, and they have withdraw link which is anomalous. So I think safe to reach the conclusion that withdraw link = acceptance
Accepted to UCLA and JHU with no withdraw, however my essay for Rice was really bad. Take that how you will

My rice essays were probably my best ones after Cornell. But I’m an international seeking full ride so, makes sense.

Can you try seeing if you can make a financial aid officer appointment?
Are people with withdraw able to make appointments? Or was that one person just capping
