I don’t have the button anymore

No button.

im just surprised they would use such an obvious indicator :sob:

ooh what if withdraw button means waitlist? And no button means acceptance or rejection

still have withdraw at 10:27AM

Ok, stating the obvious, but it if you log out and log back in, is it still there? I could see “upload” supporting materials this morning til I logged out and logged back in (was freaking me out!).

Why did they never fix the problem?

Could be I think someone was also suggesting that earlier.

Last years Official Thread suggested withdraw was waitlist. No withdraw was accepted or rejected. That would explain the proportions in this forum right now

Another forum says all withdraw forms eventually dispappear depending on region, so take everything with a grain of salt lol

One from Texas gone. Another from Texas not gone. So idk this theory doesn’t make sense

withdrawal button still there = waitlist

Last year for regular decision, Rice’s website says it was 28,106 applicants and 1,961 admissions, 7%. Not sure how that translates to who participates in this forum, or if the info is helpful.

statistically this makes sense then that most of us don’t have a withdraw button—most of us will likely be rejected unfortunately since 93% get rejected/wl
