Rice University Class of 2028 Official Thread

same but this looks like something everyone has tbh

Deferred initially, still got withdrawal button

Hmm, seems like withdraw is not a good sign

What continent are you located at? Could be regional

Still could equate to WL

Two leading theories right now:
1: No Withdraw = Accepted/Waitlisted
Withdraw= Rejected
2: No Withdraw = Accepted/Rejected
Withdraw = Waitlisted

it’s weird that so many people here don’t have withdraw button if theory 1 is correct

exactly, since majority of the people get rejected

last year a majority of the people on this thread were accepted/waitlisted so i think college confidential is extremely skewed

hmm could be

Not regional because multiple people in my class have/dont have the button

Also could be that people only post when they get in (or at least those who don’t might not bother replying)

With 113 new messages, I thought decisions came out early or something! This is insane. Good luck everyone! Less than 6 hours to go!

What did you guys see? Can any one click the link?

I’m an intl seeking full ride. I don’t have the withdraw button so I HIGHLY doubt not having one correlates to acceptance. I still think having the button means waitlist and not having one means acceptance/rejection. That only makes sense

The html code just redirects to your portal, it means nothing
