Financial Aid must need additional information from you beyond the IDOC uploads.

I see the withdrawal link still there under My Account, but when clicked it just loops back to the My Account page. Anyone else?
Do you have popup windows blocked? Try hitting CTRL key down, while clicking on the link?
No. But instead of right clicking to a new page, I just tried clicking and it opened a box. So, yes withdrawal option is still there to answer the original question.

Did anyone just noticed that their portal is missing the mid year grades? Our counselor submitted all this back in Jan and portal showed it was received.
However, this weekend when he checked the portal, it showed it’s missing.
Nope, I have ‘Mid-year Grades’
I see it under the account.
No, mid-year grades show as “received” with a date in January.
surely there is a tiny piece of astrology to keep us going till tmr

This is unfortunate since now he’s scrambling to send it. But his counselor is out of the office today. I assumed they have already made a decision. Can’t believe it didn’t show as not submitted until recently.

Have you tried calling the admissions office and asking if it would have hindered his review? I would hope not… Other documents would make sense (like a missing letter of rec) but they already have an official transcript. Just a thought.
