<p>I’m trying to decide between Rice and Umich and it seems like they are pretty evenly matched up in my point of view. Therefore, I want to know if Rice or Umich has a better reputation for my intended major(history or any social science concentrations) with a possibility of possible major changes to economics or biology in mind.
