<p>has anyone lived in them? i go to tyler now and just found out about bland having residence halls. I need to move out so i want to move into them. i would definately choose a one bedroom!! Im wondering a few things:</p>
<p>1) are children allowed? i have one son who is 2. if they are not allowed to live with you, would there be restrictions on when they can visit? i read that there were restrictions on when people visit.</p>
<p>2) do the one bedrooms have washer and dryer in them?</p>
<p>3) is cable and internet included or do you have to subscribe yourself?</p>
<p>4) are there many people who actually live in them? how is the social life? is there a mixture or is it mostly one race or type of people? </p>
<p>5) is it in a bad part of petersburg? (i dont know exactly where bland is, and i know nothing about petersburg but i live in chester so it’s close to home)</p>
<p>6) ARE THERE ROACHES!!! this is the ONLY thing i can NOT tollerate!! anything else bad i can take, but NOT BUGS!!!</p>
