<p>I believe all the notifications for the semifinalists of Richmond Scholars Program have been send…Congratulations to those who received the notification…</p>

<p>I had really expected to receive one…haha. </p>

<p>so, I would like to request all those who received and those who didn’t receive notification to post here.</p>
