Last year at my school a girl was accepted to Julliard and the Royal academy of London. She chose Julliard, but do you think this was right? Considering the royal academy only takes two American students per year. Just curious what other people thought. and if it helps to put things in perspective, there was another girl from my school who got into Julliard. I think they wished to go to school together. What do you think?

sorry, this may come accross as rude, but:
-it was her decision, not yours
-it was a YEAR ago
-if she’s happy there, then yes- it was “right” (for her at least, which is really all that matters)
-there really isn’t any acorss the board “right” or “wrong” so i don’t know how any of us could answer this question, seeing as we…aren’t…her…

unless you, yourself are in the same situation (or very similar), why do you care?

sorry if this seems tactless, i just don’t see how this post is valid…

Very tactless, considering that I was asking for your oppinion. Not your /**ing-art students have the tendency to be tactless though, and often overzealous. oppinion /****.
