Right track? What should I do?

I’m still a sophomore, but I’m curious whether I’m doing things right, and if I’m not, what I should be doing. I’m aiming to apply to all UCs and Cal Poly.

Honors Biology (What will colleges think of that? Biology is a graduation requirement, but I don’t want to take IB Bio. Should I?)

UCs and Cal states should all be safeties for you. Look at Ivy’s, Stanford, Northwestern, Cal Tech, etc…

Cal poly is way too low for you. My brother just got accepted there with a 3.2 GPA with a scholarship. 1950 sat.

Don’t worry about your science grades. Obviously, try your best, but don’t fret! It shows that you are willing to take risks and I’ve always been told that hard class w/ a B is better than easy class w/ an A+. It shows you’re not just a slacker going for an easy A.

Bumping…

That’s cool, teaching Chinese to kids when you’re Indian.

Seems good match for all.

National HD is impressive.

Also your SATs are amazing for a sophomore.

Like others said, aim higher.

You’re only a sophomore, so I think we are all a little too confident w/ your chances, your class will be VERY competitive…
Teaching chinese when you’re indian sounds like a bs-able (if you need to :)) essay topic emphasizing your ethnic versatility, if you will
