Rio Olympics 2016 - schedule and discussion

I don’t know but it struck me last night that the Japanese men’s team had on long, quilted coats and looked like they were ready for winter.

I’m open if someone wants to PM me. I tried to look up each gymnastic result

Badminton games are pretty crazy to watch. Certainly nothing like the games I have played at family picnics.

It’s 68 and rainy currently in Rio. So, for people used to California weather, maybe it seems a little cold.

I’d take that weather here right now - both the temp and the rain.

@Scipio , have you counted the Ducks in track and field?

Do former Huskies count?

All Pac 12 counts. Be sure to watch the throwing events with a second generation of discus and javelin Duck throwers.

Michael Phelps again! Yes!

So sleepy but I stayed awake to watch you swim.

I want to give Ryan a hug. … and re-do his hair color.

Only one girl on USA water polo team is not a native Californian and going to California university. She is from Miami and attends Princeton.

Ryan Lochte and Missy Franklin need to go have double cheeseburgers and cocktails together. (Maybe after a few cocktails Ryan will start sounding interesting to Missy. )

Congrats to Simone Manuel.

25 more minutes, I hope I don’t fall asleep.

Congrats to Penny Oleksiak. Four medals and she’s only 16!

It was wonderful to see Simone’s emotional reaction to her upset win!

Just watched the recording of the live streaming and loved the way Aly kept hugging her and taking her by the hand from place to place - so sweet and big sisterly.

Ryan Lochte is much more charming at a distance. Unmatchable eye candy; not much to say.

Y’all are haters.
