Boy he was a hottie back in the day. Did not age well though. Apparently died a month ago of cardiac arrest. Sad to see.

I was totally smitten back in the 70s when he starred in a very early made-for-TV movie called Sandcastles. Teenage Bonnie Bedelia meets a blond hunk on the beach who builds sandcastles and incidentally is a ghost. Thought it was the most romantic 14-year-old Garland had ever seen.
