Rising Junior, course selection for STEM focused [computer science / engineering] student

Too bad, I do think that only having one year of HS Spanish (albeit the third year overall) is going to be an issue for some schools.

And at some colleges, he will be required to take college foreign language to graduate college.

I also would vote for another year of Spanish do as not to limit his options.
