RIT vs UB vs BU vs UAlbany vs Other for BS in Accounting!

Hi Guys, i really need your help regarding my situation. I'm an Ungradute Accounting International student enrolled in Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai. Incase you don't know, its the satellite branch of Rochester institute Of Technology, New York. I am planning to tranfer to the main campus of RIT in New York but then again, i am having seconds thoughts about transferring to another university since, the tuition fee is too much. If i do transfer then there is chance of me loosing credits which i don't want. Then again, some people say that RIT is a great University with a lot of opportunities including a great possibility of getting a job, right after graduation and this is really confussing me. What i am looking forward to is, meeting new people that are friendly & easy to be friends with. I would prefer a co-operative university faculty, Great location & affordable Tuition Fee with housing on compus, Which University & How much Scholarships they offer and has a great Co-op as well.

I am also planning to work in the US after my graduation and believe that New York is a great place to get a job and start my career in Accounting. which is why i would really appreciate it if some one could tell about OPT (Optional Practical Training) and when can i apply for it.
Also what is the averiage salary for BS in Accounting graduate?

The followings are the Universities i am considering to go to. Could any one suggest me which university i should join and why?

RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology)
UB (University at Buffalo-SUNY)
BU (Binghamton University-SUNY)
UAlbany (University at Albany--SUNY)
Pennsylvania State University--University Park
University of Pittsburgh

Thank you for your time and your suggestions.
