RIT Vs Univ of Colorado,Boulder (MS ECE Dept)

I have got admits from RIT (MS Computer Engineering) and
University of Colorado at Boulder (MS ECE dept).
for Fall 2009
I am interested in studying subjects related with embedded systems.

I am confused as to which university I should choose. I have to pay $300 confirmation fee
to RIT by 1st May. Can some one please give info on this ASAP?
Please give info as to which univ is better and in what perpective.

Thanks and Regards,
Mirr

RIT has a solid computer engineering department, and from my visits I recalled that they focused on fabrication processes. One thing to consider is that I do not think they have an ECE Ph.D, and a lot of masters students are there doing a 5 year ms/bs.

Just things to consider…
