<p>I’m on the waitlist at the Rivers School in Weston, MA. Does anyone know what my chances are of getting off the waitlist? Any idea how competitive it was this year? Does anyone know how many people applied? It’s my first choice and I was very disappointed…</p>
<p>Rivers is an increasingly popular and competitive school but it’s not a first choice school for all applicants. That being said, it’s always very hard to calculate waitlist odds. Based on tiny bits of information I have for the last few years, I would say there is certainly some chance - it’s most likely to happen in the next couple of weeks as applicants make their choices and inform schools.</p>
