Hello. I am currently a RN (3 yrs now), and am interested in medical school. Does any of my RN college classes count towards anything in pre med?

I am pretty new to this, and do not know where to start.

Unlike undergrad, there are no electives in graduate medical school. The curiculum is fixed so no credit or changes are made for prior similar work.

They would heavily look at your medical related RN coursework as an indicator of success in med school, but there would be no credit or accelleration given.

My mom is a nurse. Depending on how long ago you earned your degree in nursing, some or even all of your classes will count for pre-med as long as they are the actual courses which are:

a year of gen chem, orgo, bio, physics, and for some schools Calc, biochemistry, and/or an English class.
