Does anyone know how to pay for this 30000 dollar a year university with payments that are under 500 a month dollars besides using scholarships?

Call the financial aid office for ideas.
It is apparent that this school is not affordable. at $500/month you would be only paying $5000 for the school year, when you should be paying approximately 3k per month. Unless your parents (or you as the parent) are willing to take out a plus loan and have $120k of debt to pay off, I would suggest moving on.
Around here, Roger Williams is famous for giving terrible financial aid. It’s anecdotal, but that’s the rep.
