Rolling admissions?

<p>If I still apply to Un. Mich. Ann Harbor, will I still have a chance even though it is rolling admission. I just found out a few days ago :(.</p>

<p>sat: 710 math, 630 verbal
rank: 51/430
gpa: 4.1 weighted
ECs: average
Taking toughest curriculum, Commended Scholar, etc… and got 31 act</p>
