Boy, am I glad my DH didn’t know he could get married (30 years ago!) in khakis and a t-shirt; I never would have gotten him in a tux!!

LOL @cgpm59 I was the one who designed their outfits. I do not like tuxes at ALL and I wanted everyone to be super comfortable. So, that’s the outfit they got and my bridesmaids got to pick out their preferred dresses.

We’re waiting on the rest of the pics from the photographer and then we have a credit for a photo album from shutterfly. It’s going to be so hard to narrow them down 
Oh yes and if you notice in those two vow shots, I put his ring on the wrong hand. Oops! I realized it though and we very subtly rearranged them as she was closing the ceremony.

If anyone is going to do a DIY wedding, I highly recommend getting an Amazon credit card and Prime. I cannot tell you how many points I’ve racked up on that thing in the last few months (Amazon points are triple!) and we ordered probably 75% of our stuff off Amazon. It was just so much easier than driving around from store to store and still not finding what we wanted. Plus, returns are super easy.
Romani, I second what travelnut said. You have many fans and longtime admirers among the denizens of CC, myself included! Congratulations on your wedding. Here’s wishing you a lifetime of happiness with the husband of your youth (I’ve been married almost 32 years to mine!)

Those of you who have shared your own marriage stories with me have made me so happy. With all the talk of divorce and whatnot constantly piped through the media, it is heartwarming to hear of those of you who have had decades of happiness. Even if that means it’s not your first marriage or a marriage at all! Happiness just makes me happy
