Does anyone know what kind of candidate (stats, ECs, etc.) wins the Ron Brown Scholarship?

at www.ronbrownscholar.org you can c the winner’s (scholars) profiles — valedictorians, ivyleaguers mostly

yeah,

the ronbrown scholarship is extremely competitive. Very few people get it, and the application process is tedious. My friend who’s now a freshman at the University of Chicago, had a 3.9 cumulative gpa and a 1430 SAT. but she didn’t get the ronbrown scholarship. getting into harvard is probably easier than getting the ronbrown scholarship. but if you think that you’re very well qualified–then go for it.

Yea, Im going for the RonBrown Scholarship to! Wow…it will be really competitive tho! But I am if you submit your app by Nov15th, you’ll be considered for other scholarships to! So theres an added bonus for making an extra deadline!

I am applying early too.

Niceeee! :P

Sent my app off today.

me 2!!!=)
i doubt im going to get it, but maybe ill get one of the other ones that they’ll foward it to?

I applied early to it early. I had no idea that it was that competitive. good luck, guys

Low income and outstanding community service are the keys to winning. High stats are secondary.

zuma, how do you know this?

zuma knows a lot of things… or seems to. hehe I don’t know where she/he gets it.

smoke weed everyday
