I read the story. It isn’t clear to me who took the photos. If the couple or either of them posted, that’s awful.

However, if they had sex on the roof and someone else filmed and posted it without their knowledge, then I think the photographer is the one who should be getting into trouble.

I’m not condoing what the couple did, but is it possible that they thought the rooftop was private and never dreamed someone was filming them?

If someone posted the photos without the consent of both people involved, it’s appalling.

Otherwise, what’s the big deal?

Have we all gotten so stuffy that we can’t acknowledge the possibility that two people might enjoy having sex in an unconventional location – or might resort to doing so because they both live in double rooms?

Seriously. What is the big deal? The only issue here is privacy violation. Then again, if you do something in public and are photographed, what are the rules?

The reason I think it perhaps may be a newsworthy story is that less than 1 month ago another ALLEGED member of this same fraternity (Kappa Sigma) wrote that inflamatory letter about women and now a member of the same fraternity is on top of the roof having sex. Entirely different situation. The story about the letter that was sent out a month ago is much worse. This latest is not as big a deal, imo, but it could be something that needs looking into.
