or should I say Dawgs?
:)

A class kid. His parents have much to be proud of, even without the NBA. After years of playing, coaching and reffing sports I enjoy those special players who are blessed with talent, humility and grace on and off the court or field.

Brandon Roy is one of those kids, god bless his parents for the work they did.

Yes it is nice to read about a basketball player who isn’t just an overgrown two year old- ( too egocentric)

I barely follow pro basketball- although I will miss the Storm, and I enjoy the high school games- but Brandon sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders- I agree, his parents should be very proud.

That’s awesome to hear, he sounds like a great guy!

Now…I think they’re selling him short though when he’s placed below someone who ate 9 hot dogs at an All-Star game…or am I missing something? ;)

they were really special hot dogs?

I think it’s hard for some people to admit when they actually like someone who has atheletic skills. Well he’s handsome, bright, humble, atheletic and he loves his mama… can’t let him win on everything. ;)

There’s something about native Nor’westerners. Pragmatic, humble with old fashioned common sense. Mr. Roy is bound for further success. Now if he would just talk to Nate Robinson and Jamal Crawford and impart some of his qualities to those guys. Alas.
