The house is located in 72 Clearview Ave, three floors, with washing machine and dryer in the basement. The downstairs has two large single rooms for rent at $ 800 each, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are the kitchen and the living room with sofas and TV, upstairs there are two single rooms for rent at $ 700 each, a double room for rent at $ 500 for bed, and a bathroom. The house also has a big garden from which gate you have direct access to the parking of the Princeton Shopping Centre, so in about 4 minutes you can arrive to school. We will leave the house equipped with pots, utensils, pillows, sheets and bath towels. The house is also equipped with wifi and cable tv.

2 bedrooms $800 each (1 Queen bed for each)
2 bedrooms $700 each (1 Full bed for each)
1 double bedroom $1000 (2 tween beds)
