<p>can someone explain to me how the room change process at Upenn work? I’m very disappointed at the dorm I was assigned. Do I have a chance to change room/dorms mid-year, and if so, how likely? Thanks!</p>
<p>You are unlikely to find a better dorm through this process since most rooms are filled. The room switch option is for people who have roommate conflicts. Honestly, the quality of the dorms is one of my least favorite things about Penn.</p>
