Room Swap

<p>I was placed on the vern and I’m trying to room swap. Some of the information from the website confused me… do incoming freshman have to stay in their dorm for three weeks or can they move into the swapped room right away?</p>

After the first three weeks of each academic semester, the Room Swap process will be available to all students wishing to swap room assignments with other students assigned to campus housing. </p>

<p>During the academic year, room swaps are processed every Thursday and students will be able to move the following weekend. Students will receive an email notification once their room swap has been processed by GW Housing with information about their move.
