<p>Dorm rooms are generally clean upon move-in. It sounds like your student had an early move-in, just days right after the summer term ended. It’s possible that your early request did not leave time for housekeeping to clean everything. The bathrooms are cleaned once a week, so perhaps your early move in was in between cleanings. You can complain to the front desk if it really is an issue.</p>
