roommate question...pls take a moment to answer

<p>hi…i’m new around here so i apologize if posting this in the wrong place.</p>

<p>my friend is making me asking you all a question…she has already submitted the NU app but is freaking out about something she said on one of the short answer q’s. </p>

<p>for the hahn holbein question, she said something along the lines of: “Being an avid fan of tennis, I’d pose with an autographed tennis ball by fav. player, player xxx, (although I’d rather pose with him)…” the answer continues. </p>

<p>i didn’t name the player on here or obvious reasons but she is freaking out about the part in parenthesis…she’s afraid they’ll take this the wrong way…what do you guys think? she did it with the intention of being humorous…not sure if it conveys that? will they frown on her? pls reply asap</p>

<p>I don’t think that will make a big difference. They might think “woah there,” but hey, at least it shows her personality and her guts.</p>

<p>i doubt they’d take it as a negative, if anything i think they’d view it as a positive for taking a risk and showing her personality</p>

<p>Aww, there’s nothing wrong with that! It’s cute, and it shows she’s not a prude. I’m sure it’ll give them a laugh, in a good way. :)</p>
