Ross or arts and letters

Is it a lot harder to get into U of M if you are applying for the Buisness program? I think I am going to apply for arts and letters if it’s easier to get into that program.

If you are interested in Ross, you must apply to LSA. Then you apply to Ross at the end of your freshman year. Ross is a three-year program that begins sophomore year.

Separately, you can apply to be “pre-admitted” to Ross. Which means that you will know in advance that you will start Ross your sophomore year. But you still have to get into LSA first.

^ That is not totally correct. You do need to indicate on your app for Ross preadmission although you are applying to LSA at the same time. You will first get the LSA admission notice before hearing back from Ross which can be weeks to months later
