Hi all.

I’m planning to attend Journalism school in the fall, though I’ve not yet heard from admissions nor about any financial aid. Anyway, my end goal is to be a foreign correspondent. That said, I’m strongly considering a second Masters in IR. I know there are plenty of fantastic universities and opportunities out there for IR programs, and to work in academia, US institutions are the best.

With my goal, however, I’d like to get a European perspective on IR. I have studied in the European system before, so I know it’s different. I’m wondering if anyone knows anything about Rotary Scholarships for grad work. I have a friend who did the youth program, but this would be entirely different. I’m looking at the Ambassadorial Scholarship. IBEI costs 9.000 euros for the year, and I could definitely swing it, even after conversion. Any thoughts?
