<p>Does anyone know much about Rice Navy ROTC or its Army ROTC with UH? Such as the time commitment and reputation and is it do-able? I got into Rice with no financial aid/scholarships and am trying to find a way to lessen my parents’ burden. Any info would be great. Thanks!</p>
