So I literally only need 10 points to break my goal score. Should I take the SATs a fourth time or not bother with it?

I do need to take the subject tests again, but how much weight is actually put on those?

If your that close to your goal score I would consider it reached, four times is too many an admissions counselor once even said they will think you are test obsessed and not like it. The subject tests exist to prove you have long term memory of what you learned and that you didn’t get an A because your teacher is an easy grader, offers bonus, or just doesn’t make the class that hard. You need something to show what you have learned, either an AP test, completing a really difficult high school cousrework ( which may not even be offered at that dificulty level at your school) or the subject tests.

I think a fourth time is really pushing it… Given the randomness in the SAT, as ColleenL said, 10 points away is essentially there. I’d say to focus your attentions on doing really well on the subject tests.
