Where do you find your “temporary pin” to log into the portal? TIA

Son was accepted for Spring 2021 instead of Fall 2020 (biology major) with following stats:
GPA 3.55 /WGPA 3.95
Class rank: Top 25%
SAT 1370 (Math 670, EBRW 700)
8 APs, 6 Honors and 2 DEs classes
lots of extracurricular activities and leaderships

Accepted for Chemical Engineering. 32 ACT with 35 E, 34 M, 33 R (separate date, but thats the one that got sent in), 33 S. Salutatorian. I don’t see any merit or financial aid, but I know I def have some from RaiseMe at least
Accepted for CS, female, with 27K Leadership award!
Where are people finding merit?
Son accepted CS with decent merit: SAT 1500, ACT 24, .95 weighted GPA, Eagle Scout

Quite a few AP courses and 4 math courses at our local university
My sis-in-law and bro-in-law are RPI alumni and they speak very highly of the school and their experiences there in the 90s.
@h8annah if you go to your acceptance letter and scroll down, theres a link called “financial aid award letter”, click on that. (thats where I found mine)

Congrats @h8annah! We are in the same situation. Accepted with no fin aid or merit letter and no email.
Honestly, this was the most disappointing school to open. They didn’t have fin aid or scholarships, and it was the only one without confetti or anything LOL.

This incoming class is slated to graduate during RPI’s bicentennial!! That is pretty cool!!
Can anyone confirm for me that the financial aid package will be honored if they stay there for a graduate degree? I thought I had heard that on the tour.
Can anyone comment on Rutgers CS Honors vs UMD CS Honors vs RPI CS? Which one has the best academic program and placements?

Son was accepted for Spring admission to CS. Anybody have experience with a Spring admission? Curious about how easy it is to settle in mid year. Any issues with enrolling in clubs or organizations? Is orientation handled in the same manner as Fall? Would he be considered Class of 2024 or 2025? Would love to hear from anybody who has been through it. Thank you.
